Leadership Team

Mr. Johnson studied at Southampton Solent University, earning a BA degree in Performance. He advanced his studies at Roehampton University of London, obtaining a Postgraduate Certificate in Education. Mr. Johnson completed his National Professional Qualification (NPQ) in Senior Leadership and is currently completing his NPQ Headship. He has devoted his career to fostering education in South London, serving in various schools. In 2019, he became a valued member of the STEP Academy Trust when he began working at Applegarth Academy, contributing to our ongoing commitment to excellence in education. Mr. Johnson is dedicated to our educational community and continues to inspire the pupils at Park Academy and upholds the values of STEP.
