Rights in Action

This fortnight, our school has been learning about Article 2, which reminds us that:

Every child has the right to be treated equally.

As a Silver Rights Respecting School, we are committed to ensuring that every pupil feels valued, included and celebrated for who they are.

Upholding this right means actively challenging unfairness, promoting kindness and ensuring that all children experience the same opportunities to thrive.

By championing Article 2, we continue building a school community where every child feels included, supported and proud of what makes them unique.

You have to be kind and understanding. Treating others fairly and equally is very important to us all”  Melanie, Year 3
