Miss Hilinska studied at Roehampton University of London, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Primary Education, specialising in Mathematics. Committed to excellence in education and continual professional development, she has also achieved the National Professional Qualification for Senior Leadership (NPQSL).
A strategic and dedicated senior leader, Miss Hilinska has led a range of curriculum areas and whole-school initiatives, driving improvements in teaching, learning and pupil outcomes. Her expertise in curriculum development, school improvement and inclusive practice has enabled her to make a significant contribution to the schools and communities she has served. She now holds the dual role of Deputy Headteacher and Special Educational Needs and Disabilities Coordinator (SENDCo) at Park Academy.
Miss Hilinska is passionate about ensuring that every child, regardless of their background or individual needs, receives an exceptional education and the opportunities to flourish. She believes that schools have the power to transform lives and is committed to removing barriers to learning, raising aspirations and improving life chances for all pupils. Through high expectations, compassionate leadership and commitment to inclusion, she continues to create an environment where every child feels valued, challenged and empowered to succeed.
